When I called Paula and told her what I was looking for, we set up an appointment the next day. The spaces she showed me were good choices and one was perfect. Even though it was after 6 p.m. on a Friday in July, Paula put me in touch with a loan officer who was able to qualify me for a loan 8 p.m., Paula prepared an offer for my review by 11 p.m. and submitted the offer before 8 a.m. on Saturday morning.
